Returns and Refunds

You have the possibility of returning the articles which do not suit you within 14 days.
If 14 days have passed from the date of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The delivery note (included in your original package) must imperatively be attached to your package in the event of a return. Without this delivery note, your return cannot be processed.

The return costs are your responsibility*.

Please note that only unworn items returned in their original packaging are eligible for a return. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us; we recommend that you use a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. . Without a tracking number, we do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us. It is therefore a good idea that you keep proof of postage in order to contact us about a return. If the returned items do not meet the return conditions set out above, we will not issue a refund.

* Return costs will only be refunded if the item has a manufacturing defect. In this case, you can contact our customer service, .


We do our best to reimburse you within 10 to 45 days of receipt of the returned item, on the payment method used during your purchase.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.


If you wish to make an exchange within 14 days of withdrawal for another size or color, you must return the item to us and place a new order.

If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service directly specifying your order number, the item reference and the problem encountered. We also recommend that you attach photos, we will then find the most suitable solution!
